My client is a human-sized company offering different services related to their client related to Computer Hardware, Server and Networking solutions. Due to an actual growing plan, they are looking for a result-oriented and costumer centric Sales Manager. Ideally, the person should have a first experience in management and a proven track record in Sales, ideally in the ICT sector in Luxembourg.

Profile:



* Ideally minimum 5 years of experience in Sales;
* Strong knowledge and experience on the Luxembourg market is a plus;
* You are flexible and have an innovative approach towards Sales;
* You have very strong communication skills in English and French, every other language would be an advantage;
* Strong negotiation and closing skills;
* Team Management Skills.



Responsibilities:



* You generate new business opportunities for long-lasting customer relationships;
* You help to set up budgets, targets and KPI;
* You join conferences and build new strategies for business growth;
* Set up a straight sales plan to impact the creation and maintenance of the sales pipeline;
* Build long-term and trusted relationships with Customers;
* Manage the sales team, help them develop their sales pipeline and hit their Sales Targets.
