* Participate in drafting board minutes and shareholder resolutions.
* Participate in the implementation of new entities.
* Participate in preparing legal documentation.
* RCS filings.
* Collect KYC information.
* Prepare manual and electronic payment instructions.

Your profile:

* A first experience in legal.
* Fluency in English.
