Administrative and legal assistant

My client is a Real Estate investment company. Due to their growth they are now searching for a Legal Assistant to support the Legal Team. This person should put a lot of importance on good relationships and on high quality work. A hands-on mentality, real team spirit and a positive attitude are essential for a good integration into the company.

Adminsitrative and Legal Assistant - Real Estate Investments (m/f)

Your Responsibility:

* Management of all corporate records from an legal adminsitrative perspective;
* Support for AML and compliance procedures;
* Organisation of meetings and preparation of documentation;
* Preparation of minutes (Board Meetings, General assembly,...);
* Maintain the shareholder registers;
* Additional administrative tasks (filing, scanning, mail management,...).

Your Profile:

* Ideally 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in a Service Provider, Law Firm or Asset Manager in Luxembourg;
* Good organisational skills and a structured way of working;
* Great communication skills (English and ideally French, spoken and written);
* Team Player and Hands on attitude.
