Etf solution coordination officer H/F

The Fund Distribution & ETF Services Department develops investment solutions to help clients reach their financial goals.
Our solutions include a wide variety of products, with a strong focus on ETF.
We are recruiting a professional to coordinate the ETF Business Line and support our operations.
The candidate will be the direct point of contact of our Clients and will be responsible to maintain a strong cooperation with all the stakeholders of the Bank to ensure operational excellence and best-in-class solutions.

The main activities will include:

• PMTC calculation & preparation, including reviewing the relevant component stocks, quantity and prices


• ETF creation and redemption order processing for primary market 


• Handling AP inquiries related to the ETF creation / redemption orders ,

• Proactively work with ETF issuer and APs counterparties to ensure efficient trade settlement involving both ETF creations and redemptions


• Production and validation of Cash Confirm for ETFs 


• ETF rebalancing handling.


• ETF Experience : 3+ years of experience of TA, FA, Custody experience from a leading ETF Service provider

• Understanding of ETF Capital Market requirements

• Track record and extensive knowledge of ETF funds services and processes

Business School, Engineer profile or equivalent combination of education
