Etf solution coordinator H/F

The Fund Distribution & ETF Services Department develops investment solutions to help clients reach their financial goals.
Our solutions include a wide variety of products, with a strong focus on ETF.
We are recruiting a professional to lead the ETF Business Line and coordinate our operations.
The candidate will be the direct point of contact of our Clients and will be responsible to develop a strong cooperation with all the stakeholders of the Bank to deliver operational excellence and best-in-class solutions.

The main activities will be to:

• Act as a senior point of contact and subject matter expert with ETF clients and internally


• Assist with the design and implementation of ETF operating models to support clients and APs


• Lead teams capable to support from Day 1 the existing and future ETF clients


• Analyse complex and variable issues to resolve issues and ensure team deliverables meet performance and quality expectations


• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular attention for the Bank's reputation


• Develop a commercial approach to promote ETF solutions.


• Proven ability to lead the introduction of complex change in a challenging environment

• Experience with ETF Basket/PCF oversight

• Proven track record and extensive knowledge of Fund services and processes

• Proven track record of working with Product and Technology partners

• 7+ years of experience of ETF Operations and Management

• 5+ years of experience as a People Manager
