As Sales Engineer, you are in direct contact with the customer and manage the first stage of the project (RFQ and quotation).
You understand the needs and technical requests from the client. You give a first quotation according to the main specifications. You negotiate the conditions. You bring relevant advice to the client regarding the technical feasibility and the local regulations.
Then, with the support of the design team, you clarify in details all the conditions of the project. You confirm the feasibility, define the deadlines and the schedule. You check the final terms of the contract before signature and commitment.
You remain the unique point of contact for the customer during the project. You find solutions and do the best for achieving the expected goals and respecting the deal.
Graduate from an Engineering degree (structural design, mechanical, civil engineering…), you have a first experience in a similar position. You have a good knowledge about the building regulations.
You are fluent in English. Any other language as German, French or Luxembourgish is a plus.
You are known for your dual skills : technical and commercial. You are able to negotiate and keep long-term customer relationships. You remain solutions driven and customer oriented.
