Assessment: My balance on my years at Mazars as community manager is very positive. It was a rewarding experience within a group of beautiful international stature.

Skills obtained: I have developed many technical skills related to digital and indispensable to the exercise of my profession. Mazars also helped develop highly valuable interpersonal skills in a professional context.

Advantages: Human experience is the most positive point of this experience. A management to listen, a cohesive and team anxious to advance projects. All ingredients were gathered for an atmosphere of pleasant work despite some unfortunately unavoidable pressure shots.

Disadvantage: A workload sometimes unevenly distributed with peaks of activity and periods of calm.

Advice to offer to the company: Have career plans also developed for teams support for listeners. Improve communication between the various hierarchical levels and trades.
