Assessment: Positive. It was my 1st post after my studies. I had confidence and I was always properly frame to pull me up. I learned a lot both professionally as personally.

Skills obtained: E marketing, media planning, website design, management of service provider

Strengths and weaknesses: Point fort = vision. The company is such as the innovative Credit Agricole Group's web cluster. There are therefore ambience start-up with the strength of a large group.

Point low = disadvantages of the start-up with a volume of very consistent work. We spent a few weekedn and some night.

What you have more or less appreciated: Most = culture
The less = the management by members of the Group Crédit Agricole has no web culture

Advice for the company: Assume his vision with human resources with a true web culture out of the straitjacket "traditional banking".
